Refund policy

Necklaces. Not right? Email support@wearlettre.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we'll refund you in full. No need to send it back. One refund-without-return per customer.

Earrings. Final sale for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged, defective, or worn-out finish. If any piece arrives damaged, breaks, or loses its finish within 30 days of delivery, email us a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund it, your choice. No return needed.

Le Duo. Earrings in the set are final sale; if the chain isn't right, we refund the set's chain portion ($39.99).

Refunds go back to the original payment method.
