How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1-3 business days from our fulfillment partner overseas and usually arrive 4-8 business days after they ship. You'll get a tracking link by email. International tracking can take 2-3 days to show movement, so don't worry if it's quiet at first.

How much is shipping?

Free on US orders of $35 or more. $4.99 below that.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet.

Does it come in a gift box?

Le Duo includes an ivory drawer box. Single pieces currently ship in protective packaging without a box.

What is it made of?

Astre is 925 sterling silver with 14K gold plating. Virgule and Larme are 18K gold-plated stainless steel. Maillon is gold-tone stainless steel, and Initiale is titanium steel with gold plating. If you have a metal sensitivity, check with your doctor before wearing.

How long are the necklaces?

Maillon comes in 45, 50, 55, or 60 cm, chosen at checkout. Initiale is a 40 cm chain with a 5 cm extender. We're confirming the length for Astre; if it matters, email us before you order.

Holiday deadline?

Order by December 7 for delivery before Christmas.

What's your return policy?

Necklaces: email us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no need to send it back. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons. Anything damaged, broken, or losing its finish within 30 days is replaced or refunded.

Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or ask our chat. If it's been more than 11 business days since you ordered, email us and we'll sort it out.
